He performed a safety check of the unit before igniting the pilot. Long story short, Taylor got our unit back up and running. I’ve called Hunter and Tyler several times this year and they show up quickly and do great work. In the past I haven’t been able to get techs out quick, especially on a holiday or if I’m heading out of town. They are the quickest to respond and today Taylor came out to help us when our heat didn’t work. The communication was great. They answered the phone at 5:30am! No robots or machines. They came over at around 7 p.m. after not having heat for a day and the house was at 50 degrees! We learned space heaters on multiple circuits don’t mix well.
