We’re very pleased with the service received from Prime. Bailey was so easy to work with in scheduling service and responded quickly to my request. I really appreciated the text received the day of with the tech’s picture, name, and ETA. Bradley, our tech, called to let us know he was on his way and arrived with a smile on his face. He was very polite and took the time to explain what was wrong with the AC unit. He fixed it quickly and made sure everything worked as expected. I would definitely use them outside my warranty
Had a simple HVAC warranty issue, or so I thought. Bradley came quickly, diagnosed it, and found an electrical problem. Electrician came and fixed that, then Kyle came with new equipment. Then, another electrical problem, which thankfully got resolved quickly. The replacement part was ordered by the warranty company and was defective! PRIME's Brittany and Whitley took over, got a new one ordered ASAP, and got us back up and running. All of this started before the 4th of July, so you know it was hot! I would definitely use them outside my warranty if another issue arises.
