Taylor came out to see us today and was absolutely amazing. He’s very knowledgeable and personable. He called before he came and came on time. He took the time to show me what the issue was with my unit and then was able to give me some various options that I could look at in the future. He was also willing to explain to me the family plan in detail, but was not pushy to force me to purchase something. Highly recommend Taylor as well as Prime HVAC and Electrical.

From the initial scheduling call to the technician’s arrival, everything was handled quickly and professionally. Drew Goodwin arrived on time, in uniform, and clearly knew his craft. We’re very pleased with the service received from Prime. Bailey was so easy to work with in scheduling service and responded quickly to my request. I really appreciated the text received the day of with the tech’s picture, name, and ETA. Bradley, our tech, called to let us know he was on his way and arrived with a smile on his face. He was very polite and took the time to explain what was wrong with the AC unit. He fixed it quickly and made sure everything worked as expected. We could not be happier with the service and will gladly recommend them.

I would definitely use them outside my warranty
Had a simple HVAC warranty issue, or so I thought. Bradley came quickly, diagnosed it, and found an electrical problem. Electrician came and fixed that, then Kyle came with new equipment. Then, another electrical problem, which thankfully got resolved quickly. The replacement part was ordered by the warranty company and was defective! PRIME's Brittany and Whitley took over, got a new one ordered ASAP, and got us back up and running. All of this started before the 4th of July, so you know it was hot! I would definitely use them outside my warranty if another issue arises.

If I could give PRIME a 10 star, I would. Dealing with home warranty group sent out co. for 1 unit, they quoted me $1300 (non covered of course). Original co looked at both units (told me 2nd unit was low on freon). As soon as he left I noticed the working unit not blowing cold air. Got sent to Prime HVAC. Called Hunter and he had Taylor out here within 40 mins. Not only was Taylor able to repair BOTH units for a fraction ($400) of the original quote. His diagnosis was NOT the same as the first company. PRIME HVAC is the way to go and will get all of our business in the future (including new units)!!
