All of the technicians at Prime are wonderful; however, we are partial to Taylor. He is nothing less than professional and, at the same time, very personable. He explains things in a way that every people can understand. He also can have a conversation about things other than HVAC services. I have never felt uncomfortable having him, or any of the other technicians, in my home if my husband is not here.
Tyler, the owner, is an amazing man. He is involved in the work being done, he puts the safety of his employees first, and is an upstanding man.

This young man was professional, kind, considerate, and communicative. When he was unsure of what was going on he called Tyler, the owner, for input. Tyler came out to look at things and figured out the issue. The cost was very reasonable. I would HIGHLY recommend Prime HVAC and Electrical. September 22 service. Issues with outdoor fan and GFI outlets. Baily scheduled immediately. Hunter not only fixed the issue, but he also gave me an extensive education about GFI outlets. August 25, drain line clogged. Bradley and Drew were at my house in less than an hour of my call to Whitney. September 5, Zach arrived 30 minutes after calling Whitney, fixed the electrical issue, and completed additional electrical work for me. No company can match the response time and professionalism of the entire team. When I called this summer to get a quote on electrical work, Tyler called me back on the way to his wedding. That is a local company committed to excellence. You know Whitney is going to answer the phone and take care of you. At this point I know many of the licensed technicians, all equally invested in Prime. Original Google review when Prime installed two complete HVAC systems. Tyler Woodard was outstanding to work with. Hayden McGee and the installation team were extremely professional. After they were done replacing two full units, Hayden conducted a quality check. He was not satisfied with the performance of one of the outside breaker units so he replaced it at no charge. Whitney in the office was great to work with as well. I highly recommend Prime over any HVAC company in TN.
